本研究主要采用水培的方法,研究了纹枯病菌接种,对水稻感、抗病品种纹枯病抗性以及抗病相关酶活性的变化的影响.结果表明,抗病品种ZH5接种纹枯病菌后,初期引起植株体内过氧化氢(H2O2)含量迅速上升并抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性；在接种48h后显著提高了植株体内脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性；接种后的丙二醛也显著提高；可溶性酚的含量比接种前要高,并且可溶性酚的含量跟植物的抗病性有一定的正比关系；但木质素含量在下降；在接种后加快了活性氧代谢,使多酚氧化酶（PPO）活性加速上升,在36h达到顶峰；接种后的过氧化物酶（POD）活性也有所上升.感病品种lemont相关酶活性在接种前跟抗病品种ZH5差别不是很大,但是接种后就大不一样了,接种后的感病品种活性氧的代谢要比抗病品种要快的多；致使其丙二醛（MDA）含量加速增长；木质素跟可溶性酚的含量减少的也要比抗病品种要多；脂氧合酶(LOX)的活性在48h达到顶峰；接种时间过长后氧化酶活性也迅速降低,使植物抵抗病原物的能力下降,从而加快了植物的死亡.
