在书上看到说staff revunue高,会导致training cost高,还会影响企业的ability to retain customers.
有人可以解释么?

“staff revenue ”from my own perspective,refers to the revenue comes from staff,which will naturally give arise to the high training cost in that the enterprise will enhance the customer loyalty.By the way ,i am preparing for the BEChigher test recently.
