Anyone can be your friend,even at first sight you don’t like each other!I was taught a lesson by my pets.I have two pets:Honey and Yoda.Honey is a 3-year-old yellow dog,and Yoda is a 10-month-old cat with big ears.Yoda always wants to play.
When Honey and Yoda met for the first time,they didn’t get on well with each other.Honey never liked cats.A cat once hurt her,so she didn’t like Yoda.If Yoda came into the room where Honey was,Honey would leave or hide under a table.Honey could kill Yoda by sitting on her!But that didn’t stop her from being afraid of Yoda because she would often hiss at Honey.Yoda,too,was afraid of Honey because she looked so big.
After a few months,however,they started to play with each other.And soon they were good friends.Yoda stopped hiss at Honey.And Honey stopped running away from Yoda.They even started to play games with each other.
Yoda would jump into shopping bags to get food for Honey.And Honey would open tin of food for Yoda!They would also sleep together in the sun.and on cold days,Yoda would sit on top of Honey and keep her warm.
Honey and Yoda now greatly depend on each other,and they are always together.Most cats and dogs hate each other,but they have learned to be friends.
Their love for each other taught me a lot.I hope it will teach you something.too.
