Dear Sir or Madam,
With this letter,I would like to make a complaint in connection with book How to write with good handwriting. I bought the book last week from your store.
Because of reasons of poor print quality and there are too many mistakes there. No one can learn something useful from the book I think. I have to buy a new one from the other book store and the last one is much better than yours.
Relying on the right of consumers' ,I ask you to compensate for my expenses of 40 yuan and I will give back the book if you want.
