2). A singer was given a 15 year contract in 1980. She would receive $1000000 each year for 15 years beginning today 1 January 1981 and so forth. The caaount was earning 6% P.a. compounding annually.
(1) If no withdrawals were made on this account how much would be in the accout on
(a) 31 December 1980
(b) 31 December 1981

(2) Use theory given in lecture to derive a formula for the amount of money in the account on 31 December 1994 ( You must use the sum of geometric series to derive a formula for the amount in account in thw account after n years and hence find the ammount in the account on 31 December 1994)

12+(2-1.9551)/(2.0674-1.9551)=12.4个月可翻倍.
