1 这里主要考察不定式做主语与动名词做主语的区别
1、动名词做主语往往表示普通的、一般的行为,不定式做主语常表示某次具体的行为.例如：
Collecting information about children’s health is his job.
收集有关儿童健康的信息是他的工作.
It’s necessary to discuss the problem with an experienced teacher.
与一位有经验的老师讨论这个问题是有必要的.
2 语法规则：
一般的动词加副词构成的词组,
1) 它的宾语是名词时语序为：
动词+副词＋名词 或者动词＋名词+副词（二者皆可）
He's taking off his clothes and going to bed．＝He's taking his clothes off and going to bed．
他正脱掉衣服,打算上床睡觉.
John is trying on a pair of shoes in a shop．
＝John is trying a pair of shoes on in a shop．约翰正在商店里试穿一双鞋子.
He was always trying out new ideas．
＝He was always trying new ideas out．
他总是在试验一些新想法.
2) 它的宾语是代词时语序为：
动词 +代词＋副词
很多动词词组都是这样.实例如下：
Tell her to turn it down ．叫她把音量关小点.（turn down关小）
Don't wake me up until 8 o'clock．到八点钟再叫醒我.（wake up把……叫醒)
Put them away,please．请把它们收拾好.（put away把……收起来）
Jim rings you up．吉姆给你打电话.（ring up打电话）
当然如果是动词＋介词构成的动词词组,则不论后面的宾语是名词还是代词均使用以下形式：
动词＋介词＋名词/代词
即动词＋副词结构是可以分割的,动词＋介词结构是不可以分割的.
