物流企业文化是构建物流企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,能为一个企业的发展带来新的生命活力.然而,由于我过物流行业起步较晚,在物流企业中对企业文化的重视尚显不足,很多物流企业的企业文化的建设都处在一个表面阶段,没有真正体现企业文化建设的内涵.本文对长远物流公司为例对其企业文化进行分析,通过对长远物流公司企业文化建设现状的调查研究,发现了长远物流公司在企业文化建设中所暴露的问题：对企业文化缺乏足够的重视；缺乏“以人为本”的精神；缺乏科学的评价和激励力机制；过于强调制度管理忽视文化管理；专业物流管理人才的缺失等.并针对以上问题提出了长远物流企业文化建设优化的具体措施：提高管理者对企业文化的重视程度；坚持“以人为本”的构建方针；建立科学的评价和激励机制；加强文化建设并营造尊重个人的文化氛围；注重人才的引进和培养.希望本文的研究能为长远物流公司的进一步发展,以及其他物流企业的企业文化建设进而提升竞争优势提供一些借鉴与参考

" Logistics Enterprise Culture is the important component to construct the core competitiveness of LogisticsEnterprises, which can also bring new vitality to the development of the enterprise. However, due to the logistics industry in our country has taken a late start and insufficient attention has been paid to enterprise culture inlogistics enterprises, as the result, the construction of enterprise culture in many logistics enterprises is still staying in the surface phase without demonstration of the connotation of the construction of enterprise culture. Thispaper takes Changyuan Logistics Company as an example to analyze its enterprise culture, by researching and studying on the status of its enterprise culture,the following problems have been revealed during the process of constructing its enterprise culture: Lack of sufficient emphasis on the enterprise culture;lack of the spirit to put people first; lack of scientific evaluation and stimulation mechanism; over-emphasis on system management while ignoring the cultural management; and the lack of the professional logistics management personnel. Faced with the above problems, some concrete measures of optimization have been raised for the cultural construction of ChangyuanLogistics: Increase the administrators’ emphasis on Enterprise Culture; adhere to the construction policy of putting people first; establish a scientific evaluation and stimulation mechanism; strengthen the construction of culture and build a cultural atmosphere to respect for individual; pay more attention to the introduction and cultivation of the intellectuals. In a word, I hope the study of this paper can serve the purpose to help Changyuan Logistics makefurther development, as well as to provide some reference for other logistics enterprises to build their enterprise culture and to enhance their advantage of competitiveness."
