If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed because the majority can, but most do not.
If you can read this, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read at all.

Should we complain about our life?
This passage tries to persuade readers that they should feel blessed for their present life, for compared with those countless unfortunate people in the world, they are living a happy enough life.
In my opinion, we shouldn’t complain about our life any longer. We are lucky enough to live comfortably and study in bright classrooms compared with a great many people in poor areas.
However, as everybody can see, some students are always complaining as if the whole world did them a great wrong. They are not content with what they own. They often complain of too much homework to do, too many exams to take, poor food to eat, other people’s shortcomings to deal with, and poor family. In a word, they feel very stressed and that there is almost nothing that can make them happy.
Anyway, I think we should bear in mind that we are students and that we should concentrate on our study rather than complain about our life.
