用你们公司抬头的信笺, 打一个"Beneficiary’s Certificate " 然后, we hereby certify extra copies of the documents have been dispatched according to the contract terms.签字盖章;
这个船公司证明必须要提前跟客人指定货代沟通。如果他们说可以做就没有问题，如果他们说不行，联系客人改证。或者也让客人答应不符点付款，但此做法有被拒付的危险，须谨慎考量客人的资信。
