电镀工业废水的治理在世界范围内倍受重视,各国也不断研制出多种消除和减少排放物的技术.而膜在清洁生产和环境保护方面的应用,表现出分离效率高、无相变、能耗低、通量大、能回收有用物质等突出优点,所以本实验采用膜分离技术处理含铜电镀废水（焦磷酸铜）,实验通过在不同的浓淡比下,测试纳滤膜和反渗透膜的分离性能和最佳运行条件,得出纳滤膜在浓淡比为1.8时分离效果最好,而反渗透膜在浓淡比为2.53时分离效果最好.在最佳运行条件下,纳滤膜能将焦磷酸铜漂洗水分离浓缩到近14倍,反渗透膜能将一桶塑料桶溶液中的电解质浓缩到3倍,而处理过后出水从铜离子含量、电导率、pH值和COD上均能达到终水回用的标准.

Under the best operating condition, accepts the filter diaphragm to be able to concentrate the pyrophosphoric acid copper rinse moisture content to nearly 14 times, the counter-seepage membrane can model a barrel in the feeding trough solution the electrolyte to concentrate to 3 times, but will process from now on the water leakage from the cupric ion content, the conductivity, the pH value and COD can achieve finally the water sales commission standard.
