1.Specifications and quantity control.
Base the form one.The buyer replace the defective goods with qualified ones which conform to the specifications,quantity and performance as stipulated in this contract by Article 1 within 10 working days,or refund the same payment to Buyer within Five(5)
2.Packing:
The package must be the original pakage from Photovoltech manufacturer,and suitable for long distance air line shipment.Styrene boxes packed into standard strong export cardboard cases onto pallets suitable for expotation.
3.Terms of Shipment:
3.1.Date of Shipment:Shipment will be made ready for customer within 2 working days after payment is received.
3.2.Loading Place:Bosch FACTORY WAREHOUSE
4.Price Terms:
EXW,BOSCH FACTORY
5.Terms of Payment
Payment In advance.
6.The Terms of Contract Validity
The contract comes into effect from the date of singing and valid till 15th August ,2010.
7.Arbitration
All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled through friendly negotiations,in case no settlement can be reached through negotiations,the case should then be submitted for arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with its arbitration rules.The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai and the decision rendered by the said commission shall be final and binding upon both parties.Neither party shall seek recourse to a law court or other authorities for revising the decision.The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.
8.General Conditions
This Contract is executed in 2 duplicates,one for the Seller,another for the Buyer,each in both of English and Chinese languages,both texts being authentic,copies does have same force effect as the original ones,.

3.2.装货地点：博世工厂仓库

EXW术语,博世厂
5.付款条件
预付.
6,合同条款的效力
来自该合同之日起的歌声,直到2010年8月15日有效施行.
7.仲裁
与本合同或履行有关的一切争议应通过友好协商解决,如果没有解决,可以通过谈判达成的,案件应提交仲裁按照向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会,其仲裁规则.仲裁将在上海,由该委员会提供的应是终局的,对双方都有约束力的决定的地方.任何一方不得诉诸于法院或其他当局的决定修改.仲裁费应由败诉方承担.
8.General条件
本合同执行的2个重复,对卖方,买方为另一个,在英文和中文两种文字各一,两种文本具有同等效力,副本是有作为的,原有的同等效力的影响.
