电子商务进入飞速发展的第三阶段,然而电子商务在我国起步较晚,尤其是在电子商务下的企业信息化建设,更是存在着诸多问题,需要去探索研究.企业只有在搞好信息化建设的前提下,才能更好的辅助日常管理,促进企业经济发展.21世纪人类社会步入信息化时代,经济发展日益呈现出市场化、知识化、信息化和全球化的趋势,在这一背景下,国际信息化建设发展面临着新的挑战,传统的信息管理已经不能满足当代经济发展的需要.为了适应我国经济的发展,实现市场经济条件下的高效良性循环,有必要深入的研究我国信息化建设存在的问题.
本文系运用规范研究的方法进行专题研究,结合当前经济形势分析我国信息化建设的问题,分别从我国信息化发展的现状；我国信息化发展面临的障碍及解决对策；设想信息化发展的新趋势三个方面进行阐述分析.
本文的创新点主要体现在结合当前经济发展状况,提出构建企业全新的经营模式,信息化建设管理及专业人才培养等新趋势.

Only enterprises in make informational construction, under the precondition of can better auxiliary daily management and promote enterprise's economic development. The 21st century human society into the information times, economic development has taken marketization, knowledge, information and the trend of globalization, under this background, the international informationization development faces new challenges the traditional information management already cannot satisfy the needs of the development of modern economy. In order to adapt to the development of our national economy, realizing under the condition of market economy efficient benign circulation, it is necessary to in-depth studies of the problems existing in the informatization construction in our country.
This article is use normative research methods of research projects, and combining the current economic situation analyses problems of informatization construction, separately from our infomationization development present situation, Our infomationization development faces obstacles and countermeasures, Imagine information to the new developing trend of three aspects analysis.
This paper mainly embodies the innovation points in combining the current situation of economic development, this paper puts forward a new business model, enterprise information construction management and professional talent training and other new trend.
