我国城市从上世纪90年代后进入了空前的发展阶段，城市更新、改造进一步深入，伴随着城市的发展，城市中的背景建筑与标志性建筑却混杂不清，导致城市整体空间形象品质提升的困难以及城市特色的缺失。
本文主要探讨研究城市背景建筑和标志性建筑自身的特点，并在城市动态变化的前提下讨论二者相互关系。结合实际城市调研分析，提出一些有利于城市背景建筑和标志性建筑发展的基本设计原则。

summary
china's cities since in the 1990s of last century entered the stage of unprecedented development,urban renewal,reform further,along with the development of the city,a city in the background of building and mixture of landmark buildings are not clear and cause difficulties in upgrading the quality of urban spatial image as a whole and the lack of city features.This paper mainly studies the background of building and a landmark of the city's own characteristics,and under the premise of urban dynamic change of discussing the relationship between the two.Actual urban survey,some beneficial to urban background construction and basic design principle of the landmark development.
