Sorry some of my English is hard to understand.I will try to explain the situation better here.I am aware that attempts at humor do not often translate well,so my apologies for trying to be funny.
I really believe my brothers special voice activated phone has developed some sort of electronic problem.The way it is supposed to operate is to let him answer by saying hello when he hears it ring.It should then stay connected until the person who is calling him hangs up,at that time his phone should hang up,and then be ready for the next time someone calls.
