MARKETING AGREEMENT

1. Principal is the artist and/or performer,
specifically, pianist, or the public performer
named herein using any other
musical instrument, conventional or unorthodox, that agrees to

understands this agreement in full.
2. Marketer is the party in which seeks
an agent (hereinafter referred to as “Agent”) from the
United States of
America or any other country on behalf of the Principal.
3. Marketer agrees,
upon the, in-person, signing of this agreement by Principal, to seek and,
to
the best of the Marketer’s ability, identify a suitable Agent to introduce to
the Principal so
as to help further Principal’s career according to the terms
of the Agent.
4. Principal shall be liable and responsible for any and all
travel expenses, if any, and contractual
expenses incurred and/or any
stipulations imposed upon Principal according to the
Agent agreement.
5.
This full agreement shall remain in force as a separate agreement from any other
agreement
between Principal and other party commenced at anytime after this
agreement’s
commensment. In the event any other party, other than the
Marketer, terminates any other
agreement with Principal, this Marketing
Agreement shall remain in force.
6. Principal does hereby appoint Marketer as
lawful and exclusive Marketer and representative
for the purpose of seeking a
suitable Agent within the any country, however, preferably
witih the United
States of America .
7. Principal does hereby appoint Marketer the following
rights:
(a) Principal grants exclusive rights to the Marketer to directly benefit from,
to the limits set
forth in this agreement, any and all public performances or
any performance producing an
income for the Principal or involving the
Principal performing in front of any live audience for
payment, recording for
any motion picture, or any recording thereof originally produced for
sale in
any other territory that involves the Principal in full or part and the
promotion and
marketing of the Principal to other agents and publicists or
any other professional promoters
within any promotional or marketing capacity
necessary to help further Principal’s performing
career.

a.委托人需根据直接的收入给予执行者补给(最大不超过定下的额度),其实收入包括:公共演出,以及任何委托人为观众表演而带来利润的演出收入,来自电影所做的唱片,或委托人在任何国家,全职时期或者业余时期,或在委托于其它市场执行者的情况下,为其他机构或者公众所做,必要于委托人未来职业的发展并且最初目的是为了销售的唱片.
