What is more,eating too much meat will cause countless serious diseases such as diabetes,hypertension and obesity.
The last but not the least,spending too much on eating meat that human body doesn’t need is unwise and over-wasted.If you want to save some money for something others,don’t eat too much meat.
Having a balanced diet instead of eating too much meat is good for our health.Let’s do it and make our lives better.
