14. FORCE MAJEURE
13.1 Each Party in this Agreement shall be excused from complying with terms of this Agreement if and for so long as such compliance is hindered or impedded by riots,strikes,wars,insurrections,rebellions,civil disturbances,dispositions or order of governmental authority (whether such authority is actual or assumed),fires,floods,storms,or other acts of God,or by any cause whether similar or dissimilar which is reasonably beyond the control of such Party,such causes being herein sometimes called "Force Majeure".
13.2 In the event that either Party hereto is rendered unable,wholly,or in part,by these events to carry out its obligations under this Agreement,such party shall give notice and details of Force Majeure in writing to the other Party hereto within a reasonable time.In such cases,the obligations of the Party giving notice shall be suspended during the continuance of any inablity so caused but for no longer period.The party in Force Majeure shall make reasonable efforts to relieve conditions.
13.3 Notwithstanding the above,the obligation to pay amount due by either Party to the other shall not be suspended by the invoking of Force Majeure.
