We are pleased to advise that your studentvisa application has been approved in principle.If you have not already done so,please arrange to forward the following original documents to this office,or fax the copy to this office from New Zealand directly:
Evidence of the payment of the course fees;and
Evidence of funds for maintenance while in New Zealand which can be either:
(Ⅰ) if the course is 36 weeks or longer,a letter or certificate from a bank in New Zealand confirming that funds of at least NZ＄10,000 per year have been deposited in New Zealand,or a letter from an educational institution 10,000 per year are included as part of a prepaid package(eg homestay).
(Traveller cheques in the name of the student are acceptable)or
(Ⅱ) if the course is for less than 36 weeks,funds of at least NZ＄1,000 per month of your intended study or NZ＄400 per month if accommodation is prepaid;or a letter from an educational institution confirming that accommodation and other living expenses are included as part of a prepaid package(traveler cheques in the name of the student are acceptable)or
(Ⅲ)the form Financial Undertaking for a Student completed by a bank in New Zealand
An updated offer of place from your New Zealand institution,advising when the course you have paid for will begin and when it will finish.
Your valid passport.
Medical and X-ray certificates
Ⅰ)Please confirm with your visa officer that your medical certificate satisfies all NZIS medical requirements before paying your tuition
Ⅱ)Please note your medical report will be kept by our office after finalization of your application.
