询问天气有两种说法：
how is the weather?或者what is the weather like?二者没区别.
do/did是助动词,用在有实义动词的一般疑问句或者特殊疑问句中.
比如：I like you.
一般疑问句Do you like me?
对weather提问,没有实义动词,本来已经有be动词,就不需要用do/did
再问： BE动词在哪里
再答： be动词就是am/is/are. 今天是晴天，the weather is sunny today. 但是我们一般不这么说，我们用指示代词it指代天气，所以一般这么说it is sunny today. 其中is就是be动词，对天气提问只需要提前is，不需增加其他助动词（本来be动词就是助动词）
