I am a common customer who is trying to buy a common labtop in your shop last Friday.But unfortunately this shopping ended up with a very unpleasant experience.Let me explain a little bit.
As for myself,I am not that much into labtops,so I raised approximately 5-6 questions about basic computer knowledge.But the shop assistant named Tony is really rude,he seemed to be quite surprised when I asked "stupid" questions and even with mocking attitude.I try to turn to another assistant but he rejected me directly and clarified that he was the only expert at that time.I was very angry and try to find the surpvisor.Finally it turned out that he was also not available.
I am a reasonable man,but I am quite unhappy about this shopping experience.I need this so-called expert Tony to appologize to me and I need to shop again,just to verify your improvement.
