一般要根据机械性能要对化学成分进行匹配,没有固定的成分.

微观组织 Graphite:Minimum 90 % form V and VI.according to EN/ISO 945:
石墨:最小90 % 形式V 和VI级别 根据EN/ISO 945

Form I and II are unacceptable.I 和 II级不接受
The microstructure must be documented with photos and certified.要提供微观结构的照片和证明
Homogenity:(同一性) The items must be free from shrinkages,sand/slag and gas porosities.Absolutely no cracks must be found neither external nor internal on the object (this includes hot tears).Linear- and non-linear indications most fulfil the demand stated in CI 3753.
铸体必须无缩孔,沙眼/渣眼和气孔.无论铸体的内部还是外部都绝不允许有裂纹.
线性和非线性要按CI 3753规定的执行.
Surface condition:Repair welding is not allowed in any case.
