◆other+名词复数=others
other可为adj.或pron.
做adj.时泛指"其他人\物"
表剩下一部分中的一部分
eg.ask some other people
◆the other指"两个人/物中的一个"
表所剩下的全部
这时other做pron.
other做adj.时
后可加单数n.或复数n.
eg.he lives on other side of the river
◆others是pron.
指"另外几个/其余的"
在句中做主语/宾语
是指剩下的所有中的一部分
常与some连用
构成some……others结构
eg.some of us like singing ,others like dancing.(剩下的还可能有人喜欢其他的东西)
◆the others意为"其他的东西/其他的人"
某一特定范围的"其他人/物"
the others=the other +名词复数
指剩下的全部
eg.tow boys will go to the zoo,the others will stay at home.(除了这两个男孩,剩下的都在家)
◆another可为adj.或pron.只能用于三者级以上的人/物中
泛指同类事物中的"另一个"只能代替或修饰可数n.复数
eg.the dress is blue ,another is yellow,another is red.(还可以继续another下去
