To All Students:
The Newtown School Sports Day this year will be held on Saturday,July 15 at the City Stadium from 10 a.m.to 4 p.m.The events(项目)are as follows:
100-meter Race\x05High Jump
400-meter Race\x05Shot put (推铅球)
1,000-meter Race\x05Discus(铁饼) throw
2,000-meter Race\x05Long Jump
Each events will have four competitions(比赛).There will be one for girls,one for boys,one for older students and one for younger students.
Students who would like to compete in any of the events should speak to Mr.Wilson.He will be in the school gym from 3:30 p.m.to 4:40 p.m.from Monday to Friday next week.
As usual,we need volunteers (志愿者) to help with the events,car parking and serving(端上) food and drinks.Students who would like to volunteer should see Miss Parker.
All Students should come on the Sports Day.
