An Unforgettable Summer Holiday
How time flies!Two months’ summer vacation is over now.But I consider it an unforgettable summer holiday.
In order to get some additional experience as well as to earn some money to pay for my tuition,I found a temporary job in a restaurant,which was for away form my home.There I worked as a waitress.When customers entered the restaurant,I would guide them to the table they had reserved or just a vacant one,served them tea and took their order,then passed the order to the kitchen.And after the dishes were done,I would serve them immediately.Once the diners left,I must go to clean the table for next diners.There I learned that a good waitress or waiter must keep an eye on the whole restaurant all the time.After working for a long day,I was so tired that I wanted to do nothing but sleep.It was the first time that I realized how hard it was to make a living.I recalled the days that I spent at home and school.It was a comfortable life.Later for some reason,I quitted the job and went home.
At home,I came to know how hard my parents had been working.I helped my mother do some housework; I also helped her in the fields.Though it was very hot,I had no complaint.I spent most of my time working with my mother,because I thought when I went back to college,I would have fewer chance to be with her and help her.
In a word,I spent most of my summer vacation working.Though I felt tired sometimes,I consider it an unforgettable summer vacation since I’ve learned much about life and society.

I had a wonderful vacation in the past 2 months!My uncle and I went to Beijing for holiday and the we went to HCM city in Vietnam.I have gone to Beihai Park,Forbudden City,Great Wall,Olypic Park and Tian’anmen.But I think the most beautiful landscape in Beijing is the ”Great Wall”,it is so big and seems like hard to build it !No wonder if the foriegn people come to Beijing,they must visit it .I think the greatest food in Beijing is the ”Roast Duck” I could never forget about it !After the vacation of Beijing ,we went to HCM city in Vietnam.Because my uncle had a rubber bussines
