本次毕业设计题目为城市污水处理厂的初步设计,处理量为26000m3/d.污水处理工艺流程选择是根据原水水质、出水水质要求,污水处理厂规模、污泥处置方法及当地的温度、工程地质、征地费用、电价等实际条件和要求,选择切实可行且经济合理的处理工艺方案,经全面比较后优选出最佳的总体工艺方案和实施方式.
本次设计采用A2/O工艺.A2/O工艺亦称A-A-O工艺,是英文Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic第一个字母的简称(生物脱氮除磷).按实质意义来说,本工艺称为厌氧-缺氧-好氧法,生物脱氮除磷工艺的简称.其构造是在A/O工艺的厌氧区之后、好氧区之前增设一个缺氧区,好氧区具有硝化功能,并使好氧区中的混合液回流至缺氧区进行反硝化,使之脱氮.污水在流经三个不同功能分区的过程中,在不同微生物菌群作用下,使污水中的有机物、氮和磷得以去除,达到同时进行生物除磷和生物除氮的目的.经过处理,污水水质达标,其中出水的BOD5的值18mg/L;出水的CODCr的值为51mg/L;出水的NH3-N的值为6mg/L;出水的TP的值为0.25mg/L.
