The Performance Appraisal System of Lenovo Company combines objectives management and performance appraisal to bulid up the post responsibility evaluation system in which objective and obligation are accordant.It is around two principal lines ,static obligation and dynamic objective .This article bulids the process diagram of the Performance Appraisal System of Lenovo Company which is based on some cases.The author analyse its advantage and disadvantage from the aspects of the use of the management by objectives ,the institutionalized evaluation measure,multi-angleand all-round methods of assessment and the
