八、 本协议任何一方未行使或延迟行使本协议项下的一项权利并不作为对该项权利的放弃,任何单独一次或部分行使一项权利亦不排除将来对该项权利的其他行使.除非双方另有约定,任何一方不得全部或部分转让本协议或者本协议项下的任何权利和义务.
　　前款权利不因本协议的终止、撤消、无效而消失.
8.Either Party's non-exercise or delayed exercise of the rights under this Agreement should not constitute its waiver of such right.Any partial or separate exercise of the right should not exclude any other exercise of such right in the future.Unless otherwise agreed by both Parties,either Party should not assign this Agreement or any right and obligation hereunder in whole or in part.
The right aforementioned should survive the termination,revocation and invalidity of this Agreement.
