刚刚上班,公司要求做ppt,不知道这么回答可不可以,还有第5个问题不会说.
1.In your opinion,what are the key skills necessary to possess to your current position
In the current position ,first of all should have a comprehensive understanding to the company's products ,familiar with customer and work process of the sales department.
2.Which of these skills do you feel you already possess and in which of these skills lie areas for development
Now I have a rough understanding of the company's products.Have a whole understanding to the company and I need to improve my English ability .
3、How could Kautex specifically support you on your advancement and further development
The company can provide all aspects of the training .Make me in the training of various departments to improve myself .
4、Current job responsibility
For their first few months with company I go from one department to another and learn about company's product .Accept and finish the other task from Manager.
5.From your point of view,where in the next 5 to 10 years do the essential challenges lie specifically for your current role?What proposed solutions do you have for these?

个人建议,因你跟大家都还不太熟,不了解人家的语言习惯风格,用完整的句子总是不会错的,该添加的主语都加上比较好吧.第5个,只能帮忙理解下问题,大概意思是,在你看来,你要做的这个工作,接下来5-10年内可能会遇到什么样的大的挑战,也就是瓶颈吧,要说具体点,然后给出你的应对方案. 仅供参考,希望对你有帮助.感觉整体说的有点简单,是不是每个问题再加个一两句?.

To perform well in the current position, from my perspective, first of all, I should have a comprehensive understanding to the company's products , and then I need to be familiar with our customers and working process of the sales department.

Frankly speaking, up till now, I’ve got a good understanding of our company and its culture, and have a rough idea about our products. What I need to improve is my English ability .
3、How could Kautex specifically support you on your advancement and further development
Kautex specifically provides me with various training courses via giving me chance to work in more than one department, which makes me know more about our company and my position, and improve a lot.
