When the requirements and terms of a Purchase Order are consistent with the provisions of the Agreement,(i.e.a Purchase Order without modification refers to terms and conditions of this Agreement and refers to prices stated in Annex C and refers to the Time Schedule stated in Annex D or lead times earlier agreed between the Parties under this Agreement,if any) Contractor shall acknowledge and accept the same by confirming it and sending a Purchase Order Confirmation back to the Company that issued the Purchase Order.Contractor is reasonably obliged to confirm any such consistent Purchase Order as is within ten (10) working days calculated from the date of the relevant Purchase Order,provided,however,that if Contractor reasonably needs additional information from a Company to enable Contractor to provide the former with such confirmation,the period within to respond shall be extended by the number of working days required for the Company to provide Contractor with such reasonably requested additional information and a reasonable time period to evaluate such information,unless otherwise agreed upon between the Parties.Any delay for this reason shall not generate any right to compensation in favour of either Party,but shall leave the acceptance of the Purchase Order open until such information is provided.If Contractor deems that such additional information is needed,Contractor is obliged to request such additional information no later than two (2) working days from the date of the Purchase Order being sent to Contractor.An authorised representative of Contractor shall sign the Purchase Order Confirmation.Once so confirmed by Contractor,such Purchase Order shall be deemed to be a firm,legally binding Purchase Order from a Company to Contractor.The Purchase Order Effective Date shall be deemed to have occurred on the date when all Purchase Orders from each Company have been confirmed by Contractor
