1、 由卖方负责将货物送至买方指定地点-新疆喀什（运费由买方支付）,且由买方指定报关行以卖方（乐陵市强盛日用化工有限公司）的名义办理货物出口通关手续.如果买方不能按上述内容办理,产生的一切费用,责任及后果均由买方承担
2、 此货物为出口到吉尔吉斯斯坦的产品,如果买方不用于出口,而在新疆销售,买房需弥补卖方应得的退税损失.
