.Initiating thematic interactions with our Guests to support and enhance the storyline
.Preparing Guests by explaining boarding procedures
.Enforcing height requirement,ensuring all Guests are at least 107 cm tall
.Ensuring children between 107cm and 122cm are accompanied by a Supervising Companion
.Directing Guests not meeting the 107cm height requirement to step aside for a Child Swap
Procedure
.Re-informing Guests of ride requirements and answering any questions
.Asking Guests the number of people in their party
.Combining parties to create groups of 9
.Adding Universal Express groups to create groups of 9
.Ensuring no open food or drink containers,umbrellas or large items are brought onto ride vehicle
.Keeping area clean and free of debris
.Reporting any strange noises,smells,or vehicle action to the Control Room Operator immediately
Tips for Grouper:
.Ensure that groups are not split into two different ride vehicles.If there are not enough seats in the
ride vehicle for an entire party,explain that to them.Ask them to step to the side until the next
