As far as I know,if you want to master English,you have to think in English way of thinking.The easiest way is to go abroad and immerse yourself in the English culture while living abroad.But if you don't have such an environment,don't worry,you can creat on if you like.The following is my suggestion.Getting rid of Chinese books and any materials Chinese,spare your 3/4 time on English books instead of Chinese books.Only use your 1/4 time on Chinese reading.Reading tons of original English books or magazines instead of Chinese newspapers or magazines,If you encounter some beautiful phrases in the books,just write them down,use them in your context.The most important maganzines are Time and Newsweek.They are pure English which can lead you to success.Good luck.
