1.Packaging:
Pyramids were not made to spec.(specificition).Spec says 100-3"and 50-4"per pyramid.
some 3" was 55 to 63 pcs and the 4" were all 34 per pack.
2.Breakage:Eleven pcs of 3" were found in one package that were broken.Customer requesting credit.
Broken pieces were in a pyramid that shifted forward and fell from the top of one stack into another stack of pyramids while in transit.
Customer feels that if we had followed the packing spec.then the pyramids would have been more stable.
They would have been wider at the top.

1、包装：
金字塔形的包装箱没有按说明来制作.说明里写的是每个金字塔形包装规格是 100-3"和50-4",3"的是55到63个,4"的是一个包装中34个.
2、损坏：
在一个包装中发现有11个 3"的损坏了.客户要求延期付款.在运输过程中,发现其中有物品损坏的金字塔包装箱向前移动了,并且从一个货堆的顶部掉到另一个金字塔包装箱货堆上.
客户觉得,如果我们遵守包装说明,金字塔包装会更稳固.
他们的顶部会更宽.
Customer requesting credit这句原来我不确定,后来查了英英字典,credit有arrangement for deferred payment for goods and services的意思,就是推迟付款
真长见识呀.
对于100-3"and 50-4",我不太确定,应该是尺寸吧,楼主有实物看应该更清楚,也请赐教
