'again'需要吗？指下一次／未来或是当天(That day)？
'problem' 或是 'question'呀?
再问： again我觉得放着会不会好点？因为我要强调的是怎么去防止再次发生这种事情。换成questions好点，嘿嘿。
再答： (1) 防止下一次再次发生...才用"again".但句子要换成:
I mean to say: what would you do to prevent it from happening again?
