本文分别对纵向、横向、扭转三种振动进行了理论分析,总结了三种振动的力学规律,建立了力学模型,推导出了振动频率方程,从而得出了钻柱振动的共振规律。并以大庆油田升深7井1600米井深为例,应用ANSYS软件建立了基于APDL语言的钻柱参数化有限元仿真模型,该模型具有较强的实用性和通用性,极大地提高了分析和研究的效率,并为进一步的分析和研究奠定了良好基础。论文中所建立的有限元模型,考虑了钻井液的压力和浮 力等影响因素,与已有的其它钻杆柱有限元模型相比,仿真程度有很大的提高。文中对钻柱纵向振动、横向振动和扭转振动的分析结论,可以为避免钻柱共振提供可靠的参考价值。扭转振动的分析结果还可以为不同类型钻头临界转速的确定提供计算依据。通过三种振动频率的对比,还发现纵向振动和扭转振动的固有频率范围有重叠的部分,这一点为研究钻柱的共振破坏、强度破坏、减振器的安装位置等问题提供了依据。通过分析对比可以发现,钻柱纵向振动和横向振动各阶最大位移的节点位置很接近,所以在此节点附近钻柱最容易产生破坏,这可以为工程实际中的设计、生产和应用提供有意义的参考价值。
