如果当时你不知道该说什么但是现在可能知道了,那你可以说：
I didn't know what to say when I saw the movie.(did是do的过去式,同样did not是do not的过去式).
再问： 如果现在也不知道呢？
再答： I don't know what to say after watching the movie.
OR
I still don't know what to say after watching the movie. （强调“还是不知道”）
用watch比较合适，如果说see TV或者see movie那感觉有点奇怪，因为在很多情况下see是访问的意思，比如说see a doctor（去看病）, see my parents （去看我爸妈）等。
