双重否定时呢?
是不看句中否定词,看句子是什么句吗?
那如果是第一小题的呢,答案是too,是为什么?

either和too都可以当“也”讲,前者用在否定句中,后者用在肯定句中.而部分否定的用法是英语中的特殊现象,not all……too可以看做固定搭配.至于例句2,You can’t be careful enough,我很少看到这样的句子后面还连too或either的,如果真要的话,我觉得应该是too,因为它毕竟是肯定句.
