A选项中 All things considered 应该改为 With all things considered 才对
也可改为 All things being considered ,
因为主语是his word ,而且his word 和 all thing 是不同的东西了
（all things considered 是all things are considered 挖掉are得到的,其原本谓语动词是be动词are,你也可以联系一下这类省略来思考一下）
如果All things和后面的主语是同样个东西,则A和B两种表述都可以.
