可为什么on that evening everyone...里面的on又不去掉呢?跪谢!

我不赞同1楼的看法我觉得既然你学习的英语英美人用的语言就要努力与他们惯用用法保持一致但是仅仅靠语法规则有时不能解决multiple choice的问题还是需要日常的积累
morning,evening,night 很相似
yesterday/this/tomorrow/next/every morning 都不需要介词
the表示泛指(不适用night)/that/Sunday或特定日期 morning需要加介词
