Today I received a stainless steel plates which i bought from TaoBao.But when I opened the package ,I found the size of the plate was wrong.I ordered a plate size is 55*40*2cm,but now i received a plate size is 50*40*2cm.It's smaller than I ordered.
I was so disappointed about this,because I need to use this plate immediately.To solve this problem,I connected with the seller and asked for change the right one.
Finally,we reached an agreement,I send the wrong size plate back.At the same time,he will send me the right one and afford the postage .
It wasn't a pleasure shopping experience for me ,but let me gratified is the problem had resolved ultimately.
