最近关于民营企业的发展问题成为各方热点关注的问题,关于民营企业发展的争议也在逐渐增多,不可否认,民营企业是公有制经济的有益的补充,同时对中国GDP的增长、市场经济的活跃以及国家税收的增长有着不可磨灭的贡献.同样不可否认的是,由于历史、文化、社会、法制等客观条件的限制,同时也由于民营企业自身的局限性,导致民营企业在发展壮大的同时,也给社会造成了一定的负面影响.长期以来,民营企业的发展在我国国民经济建设中发挥了重要的作用,但是它的发展却受着资金的制约,解决民营企业融资难的问题已经迫在眉睫.因此要对我国民营企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施.
本文对民营企业融资现状和融资困难的原因,分别从国家宏观政策、金融体系、企业自身素质三个方面进行分析,得出我国民营企业的社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不成熟、民营企业信息不对称、自身体制不健全、信用度低等都是造成民营企业融资困难的主要因素.并在借鉴国外经验的基础上,结合我国国情,提出要从民营企业自身抓起,切实提高企业总体素质,同时加速建立多层次、全方位、完善的民营企业融资支持体系和健全的经营机制,改善民营企业融资的宏观政策环境,才能保障民营企业健康快速的发展,促进我国国民经济的发展.

Recently about the development of private enterprises becomes hot,the parties concerned about the problems of the development of private enterprises in dispute also increase gradually,admittedly,private enterprise of non-public economy is beneficial supplement of China,at the same time,the growth of GDP of the market economy,and national revenue growth active with indelible contribution.It is also true that,owing to historical,cultural,social and legal restrictions,as the objective conditions are also due to the limitations of private enterprise itself,in the development and expansion of the private enterprises,but also to the society has caused some negative influence.Long-term since,the development of private enterprises in the national economic construction in China has played an important role in the development of it,but the capital by restricting,solve the problems of private enterprise financing is imminent.Therefore to private enterprises in the financing of the problems and their causes analysis and formulate the corresponding measures.
Based on private enterprise financing situation and the reasons of the financing difficulties,separately from the national macroeconomic policy and financial system,the enterprise itself quality from three aspects in private enterprises and analysis of financial system,perfect social enough credit guarantee not mature,private enterprise,asymmetric information,and imperfect system itself is caused by low believes the financing difficulties of private enterprises.And on the basis of the experience abroad,and combined with actual situation in China,and put forward from the private enterprises,improving enterprise itself grabbed overall quality,and accelerate the establishment and perfection of multi-level financing support system and private enterprise and private enterprise management mechanism,improve the macroeconomic policy environment,financing to safeguard the healthy and rapid development of private enterprises,promote the development of our national economy.
