Let the egg stands
My topic today is“let the egg stands”.First,I want to
startmy talk with a little story about Columbus.
As we all know,Columbusfound theAmericain the 15th
century.This is a really great contribution to the world.
However,there are still many people laughed at him at that
time.Onceon a party,many people congratulated him on his success in finding theAmerica,but there are still some people says,it just so easy to find theAmericas.Columbus said
nothing but takes an egg on the table.Heasked them:” Dear sir,could anyone of you can let the egg stands?” both ofthem thought it was impossible.Columbussmiled and knocked the egg on the table,and said:”It’s such an easy things.Everyonecan do that after someone has already done that.”
Now,all of us know of Columbus,however,we don’t even know the name of the people who laughed at him.It is a verygood example to prove the importance of your thoughts,if you only to do the things others have done thatand never create your own though,youwill never success.
Just like the story I havetold before,it is true that it is to easy to let the egg stands,but the manto success is always the one who thought of the idea,not the one who follow theidea.Everyone,even a little baby knowshow to copy things.The key way to success is to think bigger than others.Thinkbigger and your dream will become bigger too.
Just to create your own mind and make your owndream then the door to success will beopen for you.

My topic today is“let the egg stands(stands--stand)”.First,I want to
start my talk with a little story about Columbus.
As we all know,Columbus found the Americain the 15th
century.This is a really great contribution to the world.

time.Once on a party,many people congratulated him on his success in finding the America,but there are still some people says(says-saying),it (加上is)just so easy to find the Americas(Americas-America).Columbus said
