——以广西为例
[摘要] 商会组织做为民间的中介组织,在地区经济的发展中越来越发挥着重要的作用,地区经济的发展需要协调、平衡和协作,这些往往是政府和管理部门所难以做到的.而做为民间组织,商会在这一点上具有独特的职能和优势,以市场的需求为导向,凭借着自发的组织形态和自主的管理模式,根据需要进行区域间的合作和联合,最大化的发挥经济联合体和合作实体的优势,使地方经济得以健康发展.随着东盟自由贸易区的构建,广西北部湾的开发给广西带来很大的商机.大批异地企业进驻广西,带动了商会组织的发展.文章以在广西成立的商会组织为切入点进行分析,找出制约其发展的因素,并在此基础上提出促进商会组织发展的建议.

Analysis about the role by chamber of commerce in local governance
-- A Case Study in Guangxi
[Abstract] As a non-governmental intermediary organization,Chamber of Commerce is playing an increasingly important role in regional economic development.Among non-governmental organizationneeds,Chamber of Commerce,with its uniqe founction and advantage of spontaneously-organized form and independently managerial mode,has beeing always following the market demand to carry on inter-regional coordination and unification,to maximize the strength of the economic union and cooperative entity,which make it a great powerhouse for the sound development of local economy now.As ASEAN free trade zon is building up,development of northern bay in Guangxin would bring in substential opportunities,leading plenty of enterprises pour in Guangxin,driving Chamber of Commerce's development further forward.
This article,based on the Guangxi-located Chamber of Commerce,found out the restricted elements to it's develpment and gave advises on it's further development as well.
