Unless otherwise specifically provided for herein, all notices to be given under this
Agreement shall be deemed to be given by either Party to the other when given
by fax or e-mail and confirmed in writing by registered or certified mail, or
otherwise delivered by courier service, to the address of each Party shown on
the first page of this Agreement, and marked to the attention of either the
person known to them to be occupying the position as is presently occupied by
the signatories to this Agreement, and if unknown, to the attention of the
position or title shown for the signatories hereto.
