With the developing of the society,the issue of employment for gradutes bocomes serious.The number of the grsdutes gets more nowadays.Especially for the east.
There are two hands on it. First of all,many undergraduates hope to get a job with high salary . So the government and the society face great pressure. More job opportunities are needed to create for them.The second,there are many vacancies of jobs in the west. Few people want to seek jobs in the west. So there is an imbalance between the supply and demand in the east and the west. .
To solve this issue, the government should encourage people to seek jobs in the west. This also help to develop local economy and offer a good chance for graduates.

再答： As far as I am concerned,gradutes should seek jobs in the west.Firstly,the developing level of the west is poorer than that of the east.And our country needs we graduats to help developing the local aconomy.Secondly,there are many vacancies of jobs in the west. We can find jobs easily and we can have more chances than that in the east.Thirdly,we can also exercise our abilities and make ourself stronger.
