The old man is mad," one of them whispered.Just at that moment,a strong man made his way to the center of the group."I am the captain of this ship,but I see that you are a greater captain than I," the clever captain gave his men a wink (眨眼) as he spoke.“I'll give up,if you spare the lives of my men and me.For my part,I will serve as your first assistant.What do you think of it?" “Very well,” Bragwynn said."Now,I'll go and tidy up the captain's room for you," the captain said.He quickly went away and removed the door to his room.He instructed two crewmen to hold the door at the side of the ship."Right this way,sir," he said to Bragwynn as he went close.Bragwynn walked up to the door,happily pushed it open,took one step forward,and fell immediately into the sea.As for Jack,he stayed aboard and lived the life of a true pirate dog to the end of his days
