我觉得这个问题提得有点不明确。这样的问题如果是从教师的角度出发。也就是考虑一个教师身为执教者如何处理自己的教学和学生的学习二者之间的关系。也可以从一个学习者的角度出发。教师作为一个执教者也可以成为学生。如何处理自己的教学和自身的再进修学习。
对于前二者的关系，我认为教师教把自己的教学和学生的学习结合起来。不但要考虑自己的教法还要考虑学生的学法。根据学生来设计教学。根据学生的需来设计教学。在进行教学设计的时候应该考虑到学生的学习能力和方法。
如果是从自身的教学和学习来考虑。那么教师也应当结合二者之间的关系。自己身为学习者了解学习者在学习过程中可能会遇到的困难。那么在进行教学设计的时候就要考虑到这些。再者，在自己的进修学习中学到的知识可以运用到日常的教学当中。理论联系实际，提高自身的教学水平。
总而言之，教与学应当是相辅相成的。并不是谁主导谁的关系。为学而教，教又为学服务。

Teachers are also learners by themselves.
Firstly, as teachers, they should know how to find the balance between imparting knowledge and the students grasp of what has been toughness. They have been a learner when they were in school, and they are learners when they are being teachers ,so they know when and where the obstacles will occur during studying.
Secondly , as learners, they should establish a bridge between teaching methodology and the development of themselves. They can utility the new technology which they gain from their further education into the daily work. the efficiency will not be enhanced until the theoretical knowledge link to the fact.
For my opinion ,the teachers should combine their own pedagogical way and the talents or skills of the students together. When it come to designing the blue print of cultivation, the teacher must not only take their own ways of teaching but also the aptitudes and abilities of the students into consideration. It is the arrangement that should be base on the needs of the students to fix the students well.
To sum up the teaching and learning are mutually beneficial instead of being leader to the other. Teachers are serving the learners while learner serving the teachers.
