相反地,我其实很讨厌疯狂地、强迫式（或意译为填鸭式）的教育.

我永远不会完全赞同在孩子正玩得尽兴的时候强迫他去学校上学.

这里最后一句话,意译为正在做自己感兴趣的事、正在兴头上.
为什么这么译?来源于因为英语里有个说法：Nobody wanted to quit while the fish were biting.鱼正咬钩的时候哪儿有人愿意停手.
其实不是用得特别普遍但是你这么说大家都知道什么意思.
用在这里,准确意思是when it is time to play,正是（孩子）该玩的时候.
这个是我在网上查到的官方解释=.=但是我相信这种用法其实不普遍,可能是这个演讲者演讲时的特殊语境或者结合他自己的经历来讲的,所以这么说.脱离了当时的语境看就很难理解了.
所以我觉得你自己在写作或说话时,不要用这个说法.
