To improve educational equality, China has put into 30 billion Yuan to improve the educational facilities in the rurual areas and to enhance the rurual compulsory education in the middle and west areas. This fund is to be used for improving educational facilities, purchasing books and more than 160 thousands primary schools and middle schools are benefit from it. The fund is also to be used for purchasing music and painting facilities. Nowadays the children in the rurual areas and mountains can have the music and painting classes as same as the children in the coast cities do. Now some students who transferred to the cities for better educations have returned the local rurual schools.
