情态动词 + have done用来表示对过去情况的虚拟,用于不同的句式.

4、should 还用于表示个人看法的名词从句中,不过常常省略,如：
I had suggest that he (should) have been there in time. 我本来认为他早应该按时到达那里.（宾语从句）It was suggested that he (should) have been there in time. 有人曾提议他本应该按时到达那里.（主语从句）My suggestion was that he (should) have been there in time. 我的建议曾经是他本应该按时到达那里.
5、need have done/needn't have done 在虚拟语气中不多见
